Jeannette Harrison Having been raised in a large family, Jeannette was always interested in learning about her family heritage. In the 1970’s, Jeannette and her husband started doing family tree research as a family hobby with their kids. She has attended many workshops over the years to learn more about best practices in genealogy. In addition to workshops, she travels to Salt Lake City once a year to visit the Family History Center where she spends a week doing research for herself and others. Jeannette also volunteers at the John Day Family History Center as a Research Librarian. Jeannette is a charter member of the Grant County Genealogical Society which was founded in 1994. |
